PITTSBURGH -- Peters Township senior Donovan McMillon showed the versatility that made him a highly touted college recruit and Florida Gators commit, returning a kickoff for a touchdown and blocking a punt in the Indians 17-3 victory over South Fayette on the Week 3 AHN Friday Night Rivals broadcast on 22 The Point.
McMillon blocked a punt in the first quarter leading to a short touchdown run from Corban Hondru, the Miami (Ohio) commit.
Peters Township took a 10-0 lead into halftime and then McMillon took the opening kickoff of the second half the distance, pushing the lead to 17-0.
Peters Township remains unbeaten in Class 5A and will be featured next week on a special Thursday edition of AHN Friday Night Rivals, hosting Upper St. Clair on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. on 22 The Point.
